your car will look damn good doing it though; I can't wait to see when it is done! I guess I am the exact opposite of you. I look at it like this: -California 91 pump gas is piss water AND it's damn near $3.00 per gallon, sometimes more. -100 octane race gas can be purchased can be purchased for ~$5.00 per gallon. That extra 2 dollars a gallon is cheap insurance compared to how much I have spent on this car. I would hate to detonate and fubar my engine because of crap gas. Even when I run BC off, which is only ~12 psi, I still put in at least 5 gallons of 100 octane to be safe. Any boost higher then 12psi then it's straight 100 octane. I think it would be foolish to spend as much as you have, especially if you do a engine build with larger turbos, and not have a race gas tune to toy around with every once in awhile. I'm not saying that you shouldn't put priority in your pump tune, because you should, it's just nice to have the best of both worlds!
